Adult?

It's so weird to be an adult. Because I feel exactly the same. Except for the fact that when I'm out in public, I feel like people are judging more. But I'm pretty sure they're not... I'm just stupid and paranoid. :P

And it's kinda hard to enjoy your birthday when two of your really good friends aren't at school. :(

But it's easier to enjoy your birthday when one of your friends brings you brownies, you give an epic English presentation, and your parents give you an iPod 5. :)

I'm so blessed with amazing friends and family. :D

Birthday = Success

Christmas Spirit

Something about this year has just been... off.  Holidays don't feel right.  It doesn't feel like Christmas.  At all.  At first I thought it could be because I'm growing up... but it's not just me.  Many people have said it doesn't feel like Christmas this year.  But that doesn't stop me from trying to spread Christmas cheer!  Here is my Music Post Monday for today. :)  I'm glad I have sisters to harmonize with.

Merry Christmas Eve. :)

The Christmas Toilet

The gift:
A Tardis.
The wrapping:
Epic.

Yes.  It's a toilet.
Yes.  I thought of it all by myself.
No.  You can't have my autograph.

Stranded.

So, coming back from vacation last night, our car broke down.  Right outside Brigham City.  Thankfully, we were able to coast off of the freeway along an exit near town.  We called a tow truck and everything worked out.  But we had to wait for Rachel and my uncle to meet us in Brigham City, because my uncle would drive some of us (me included) back up to Twin, and Rachel would drive the rest back down to my grandma's house.  (Downside to such a big family... very few cars can fit all of you.)

While we were waiting for our saviors, we walked across the street from the mechanics to Dominoes.  Now, since Dominoes generally isn't a "sit down in the store to eat your pizza" type of place, the manager working asked us what was up.  (7 children crowded in a Dominoes isn't a common occurance.)  My mom told him about how we broke down, so he gave us an extra free pizza, a free liter of Sprite, and some free cinnamon sticks!  it was pretty great!

And although the entire 6 hour delay was frustrating and tiring, it was actually kinda fun.  You know, to be able to say your car has broken down on the freeway.  It was exciting. :)

The Happiest Place on Earth

Disneyland with the fam. :)
And (not as fun or important) Legoland.  But the SeaLife aquarium was pretty cool.

Becca hugging a lego wookie.
Silly Becca, sharks don't have claws!
Random super cool picture of fish.
This ginormous crab freaked Becca out.
Nemo tank!
It had ALL of the fish from the fish tank in Finding Nemo
(plus Marlin and Dory)
except for the puffer fish.  Super cool!
DARLA!
Oh car rides.
Photobombeddddd
Danny had no idea what was going on.
Hannah was so concentrated on
covering the table with blue legos.
Epic Perry the Platypus jacket.
It even had a tail on the back.

With Ariel. :)
A shooting star!
Yay for fireworks!
It's a small, small world.
Hello, Mickey!
Me and Belle
King Arthur's Carousel
The maximum age for this ride is 12.
So Mikey decided to enjoy it while he still could.
Why are my brothers so crazy?!

Awwww!
Rapunzel!
Jacob is cool.
He eats string cheese while watching Bob the Builder in 4D.
Whaddup.
This was an interesting Perry-the-Platypus-with-mouse-ears hat.
Tower of Terror
Splash Mountain
Jacob loves his horsey.
Jacob was determined to pull the sword out.
Horrible quality... but
SPACE MOOSE!!!!!!

Welcome Home, Rachel!

Well! Rachel is home!

But she totally wants to be back in Russia.

BUT!!!!
She brought me a shopka!

And she's only really home for 4 days anyway.
Cuz then we're leaving on vacation.
And dropping her off at school on the way back.

I'm not dead.

I PROMISE I didn't die.

But my wifi did. :(

And I don't like blogging not in my bedroom because I feel like I'm publicly broadcasting my life to my family.  Which is something I don't like to do.  In fact, I rarely ever tell my family anything.  I don't think they even know my url.  At least I hope they don't.

But anywho, our wifi is fixed now, which is why I'm blogging again!
But it's been a month.
So I need to catch up on my posts.

...I'm going to change the dates on them so it SEEMS as if I was never gone.

But adios, for now!  I'm going to start writing  A LOT of past blogs as if they're in the present.  :)  Bye!

Leah's Baptism

Leah got baptized today.
She is so cute.
I love her.

And when she was asked what she want's to be when she grows up she said, "I don't know.  But when I'm older I want to be in JIVE."  (And this is when you say 'awwwww!')

Memorial Day

Hufstetlers came over for a Memorial Day picnic.
Logan brought Shanise.
Normally Shanise and I would talk a lot, but (as Shanise later mentioned to me) I was feeling kind of distant.
...Instead I laid in the grass and took pictures.

Banana Bread

Mikey said he wanted banana bread nonchalantly in conversation.
Ten minutes later Hannah offers him this.

Yes.  That is slices of rotten banana on a slice of bread.
Mikey declined.
Hannah took a bite.
Then the bread sat untouched.
But hey, it's the thought that counts!
A 4 year old making her older brother some banana bread is pretty cute...
...and funny. :)

And Mikey made real banana bread the next day.
Yum. :)

O_O

These cookies were delicious.
But my little brother Michael took one bite of one and decided he didn't like it.
So I told him the cookie would haunt him.
He didn't believe me.
So I put it on his pillow like so.
