A Double Date Weekend
Tonight I went on a date with Kendall. We saw the play "Night at the Wax Museum." It was hilarious! The best part was the red-headed Mexican dude, "Si!" "I love the money, mucho de nero!" HAHAHA!!!
Tomorrow I have Sweethearts. Hopefully it'll be great! :) I love fun dates. :D

I'm Impressed!
Today, at school I was hauling my cello around in my awesome new red case. This random Mexican guy came up to me and said "Hey! Nice cello! Well, I can't see it, but you have a nice case, so I assume it's a nice cello. Are you going to the orchestra concert next month?"
Wowza! I've never known of a Mexican who knew what a cello was, let alone had on interest and a slight understanding of one! I was so incredible impressed!
Earlier that day another kid had been like "Dude! I love your guitar case!" Does it look like a guitar case? Not really.
Thank you random Mexican kid for renewing my faith in the musical knowledge of students at my school.

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
Yesterday:
-I talked to some random flippin awesome Brit on Omegle.
-Played Mario Kart Coin (aka, Corn) Battle as Chuck Norris with two other Chucks, and still lost.

-I asked Jared to Sweethearts.
-I saw the Vow with Tori. :D
Today:
-I "registered" for next year.
-I learned I might not be allowed to be in Jive next year.
-I decided I WOULD find a way to be in Jive next year.
-I ran out of gas after Jive, and Mr. Casperson had to run home to get me some.
-Jared answered me for Sweethearts.
Tomorrow:
-I will get my hair messed up in the wind multiple times.
-My cello lesson will be canceled.
-We will decide on new songs for the Jive girls' number.
-I will learn about interior design for mutual.
(I'm not psychic... It's just that today is technically "Tomorrow" and "Today" is actually yesterday... but the title wouldn't have sounded nearly as cool had it been "Today, Yesterday, and the Day Before.")

Crazy day!
Today was insane. But a good insane. :)
The insanity started in history. I wanted hot cheetos... so I asked Mr Belliston if I could go to WalMart and get some. I totally expected him to say no. But instead he gave me $30 and told me to go to Winco (5 minutes away instead of just 1) to buy him bulk candy. So... that's what I did during history! :P It was pretty epic. Oh, and he had me use his money to buy my cheetos. To pay for gas. It pretty much rocked. :D
And then I went over to Twin after lunch. Woah. Pure craziness. It turns out they had just had a small fire in the home ec room. It may have been a small fire, but ANY fire at school is crazy! So they were behind schedule. So I had nothing to do for like an hour. So I hung out with Teagan cuz she was ditching advisory.
Then I decided to buy a ticket to the school play because going to it would get me out of Chemistry. :) So I went. It was strange, but rather hilarious!
But I had to leave the play early because for Jive we went to a folk dancing workshop with the BYU International Folk Dancers. It was pretty fun. :)
But because that went long I ended up being late to my piano lesson. And we pretty much didn't do anything at my piano lesson anyway because my teacher's sister was visiting her, so they talked a lot.
I went home and watched Once Upon a Time. The episode I watched was Skin Deep. It was SO GOOD. I cried. I flippin love that show so much!
Then I went to a church stake family dance. And it was pretty fun. :) My awesomely hilarious buddies Kendall and Adam were there. And I dared them to ask college chicks to dance. So they did. It was so funny!
Driving home from the dance my car reached 99999 miles. Which was a pretty epic moment. And it was awesome watching all of the numbers change. :) Yeah.

Dress Shopping. :D
Today Tori and I went dress shopping for Sweethearts. Well, we went dress shopping for ME... she had already gotten her dress. I flippin love the Deb clearance rack.
The first dress I tried on was the one I ended up getting. For 15 bucks. WOOT WOOT!!!!
But I also tried on these. The most expensive one was $30.
But I was very pleased with this beautiful purple (although it looks blue up there ^) dress. :D

17th Birfday.
Yesterday was 16.
Today is 17.
I don't know about you... but I can see the difference. :)
My birthday celebration started at midnight with the opening of a letter I received from my brother a week ago. 4 pages front and back. I miss him so much! His letter consisted mostly of ACT advice (I had actually already taken the ACT yesterday, but most of his advice I had followed unknowingly.) and multiple comments on why I shouldn't get a boyfriend. (I don't think there is anything you need to worry about there, Matt.) I cried as I read his letter. The thing I am probably looking forward to most in the next 1 1/2 years' future isn't my 18th birthday, or senior prom, or graduation... but when Matt comes home, and I get to see him again.
Church. Not as great a birthday spiritual feeding as I may have wished, but it was alright I guess. And I got many birthday wishes. Megan wished me happy birthday multiple times throughout the day. I think it totaled 8... she counted. :) Haha.
Facebook. 50 posts on my wall. :) Sounds like quite a few. But when you take into consideration 476 friends I have, 50 sounds wimpy and pathetic. And he didn't even wish me a happy birthday at all. Every single time my phone vibrated I hoped it had been him, but it never was. And I know for a fact that he WAS on Facebook at some point. Maybe he'll wish me a late birthday in person tomorrow? Doubt it. Hmmm... I really want to ask him to Sweethearts. A bunch.
Dinner. Birthday steak and potatoes. Yumm, yumm, yumm. I almost didn't have any room in my ever-growing stomach for my birthday chocolate cheesecake! That woulda been a bummer!
Presents. I got a purple jacket with a few sparkles scattered over it. Pretty. :) My mommy made it for me. :) I also got a hard red cello case. So exciting! I ♥ cello.
What's Been Happening?
I hate stupid unreliable internet connections. Bleh.
Well, I've been doing a crapload of English homework, and Sims 3 playing, and TV watching, and piano playing. Cuz that's mostly all I can do without internet access.
Last week: Mr. Casperson (Chamber Singers/Jive teacher) informed us that the choir competition we were planning on going to has pretty much been canceled. Sad face. :( Well, that also happened to be the day after I had Facebooked my sister's friend Jake who is in Vocal Point to contact Mr. Casperson so that we could go to one of their rehearsals while down in the Provo area. I was too embarrassed to message Jake one day later saying never mind, so Caspy is probably gonna get an email or call from a Vocal Pointer sooner or later. Oh well. But since the competition was canceled it means I can go to Sweethearts! Whoopee! Except I don't know who to ask or what to wear. Darnabbit. Hopefully I'll figure SOMETHING out.
Yesterday: ACT. First attempt. My goal was a 28. Yeah it's a kind of high expectation for the first time, but I thought I could do it. And I think I might've. I took a practice test a couple weeks ago and got a 28, so I feel my goal was in reach. Can't wait to see how I did. Later, the dance. Lame. My dad was a chaperone. As was my choir teacher and his wife. Kinda awkward. Then a party. Also kind of lame. But better than the dance. Although the dance was really fun when I did the Jive Waka Waka dance. Hehehe, EPIC.

I think I'm the only one. I would say I need to get a life, but I obviously already have one. It just consists mainly of blogging. :P

So my friend Russell went to Forks, Washington (where he moved from) about a year ago, and he brought people back souvenirs. He brought my sister a jar of dirt. She kept it on a bookshelf near a window, and she noticed that there is now stuff growing in it! CRAZY!
